[ How we work ]

A process builtto remove surprises.

Six stages, one team and full visibility from the first workshop to life after launch. You always know what’s being built, by whom, and what comes next.

[ Timeline ]

From kickoff to first releasein 4–6 months.

A new product typically reaches its first release 4–6 months after kickoff; larger platforms take 6–12 months. Every estimate comes out of Discovery, not a sales call.

[ Six stages ]

What happens,and what you get.

01

Discovery

2–4 weeks

We map the problem before writing code.

  • Workshops with your stakeholders and users

  • Risks named early, with a plan for each
  • Architecture options and their trade-offs
  • Scope, roadmap and a detailed estimate

You get

  • Product roadmap
  • Architecture document
  • Detailed estimate
02

Design

3–6 weeks, overlapping with build

You click through the product before we build it.

  • User research and interviews
  • User flows and information architecture
  • An interactive prototype, tested with real users
  • UI design and a design system

You get

  • Clickable prototype
  • Design system
  • Tested user flows
03

Build

3–9 months, in two-week sprints

Two-week sprints. A working demo every time.

  • One cross-functional team: backend, frontend, mobile, AI and QA
  • Sprint planning with you; a demo of working software every two weeks
  • Code in your repository from day one
  • Weekly written progress reports

You get

  • Working software every sprint
  • Access to code, tasks and docs
04

Quality & Security

alongside build, plus 1–2 weeks before release

Tested as if it were already live.

  • Automated tests in every build
  • Load and performance testing
  • Security review and pre-release penetration testing
  • Compliance checks where they apply — GDPR, PCI DSS, KYC/AML
  • Evals for AI models and agents

You get

  • Test and security reports
  • Audit-ready documentation
05

Launch

1–2 weeks

Release without drama.

  • Production infrastructure as code
  • A staged rollout, with a plan to roll back
  • Monitoring, alerts and on-call from the first hour
  • Handover documentation and team training

You get

  • A product in production
  • Runbooks
  • Monitoring dashboards
06

Scale

ongoing

We stay after launch.

  • SLA support and incident response
  • New features on a shared roadmap
  • Performance and cost optimization
  • A team that grows or shrinks with your needs

You get

  • A long-term engineering partner

[ Engagement models ]

Three waysto work with us.

  • 3 weeks · Fixed scope and price

    Discovery Sprint

Start small. In three weeks you get a roadmap, an architecture and a detailed estimate — yours to keep, whether or not we build it together.

    Best for

New products, AI initiatives, unclear scope

  • Monthly · Scales with your roadmap

    Product Team

A dedicated cross-functional team that designs, builds and runs your product. One accountable lead, one roadmap.

    Best for

New products and platforms, end to end

  • Monthly · Flexible team size

    Team Extension

Senior engineers, designers or AI specialists who join your team and work in your processes and tools.

    Best for

Teams that need to move faster or add expertise

[ Principles ]

What you can count on.

  • Full transparency

Access to code, tasks and documentation from day one, and a written report every week.

  • Your IP

Everything we build for you belongs to you: code, designs, models and data.

  • NDA from the first call

We sign before you share anything sensitive — ours or yours.

  • One accountable lead

One person owns delivery and answers for it.

  • Human review on every change

AI makes us faster; senior engineers approve what ships.

  • Your time zone

A distributed team that overlaps with your working hours.

Questionswe hear most.

Discovery takes 2–4 weeks. A first version of a new product typically ships 4–6 months after kickoff; larger platforms take 6–12 months. You get a detailed timeline at the end of Discovery, once the scope is clear.

It depends on scope, team size and timeline. Discovery is a fixed-price sprint; at the end of it, you get a detailed estimate for the build. Product Team and Team Extension engagements are billed monthly.

You do. Code, designs, models, data and documentation belong to you, and the code lives in your repository from day one.

Yes. Most clients start with a Discovery Sprint or a single well-defined feature. If we’re a good fit, we continue; if not, you keep the roadmap and the estimate.

Our team is distributed, so we plan overlap with your working hours: regular calls, written updates and a shared task board. You always know who to contact.

Yes — before the first detailed conversation, ours or yours. We never show client work without written permission.

We use AI for research, code assistance, tests and documentation, and a senior engineer reviews every change. We only use AI tools under business terms that exclude training on your code and data, or models hosted on infrastructure you control. If your policy is stricter, we follow yours.

Yes. We start with a technical audit, stabilize what’s critical, then continue development — or modernize the system step by step without stopping the business.

Yes. Payments, banking, insurance and digital assets are where much of our experience comes from. We build in security reviews, audit trails and compliance requirements from the first sprint.
