This policy explains how NEUROVISTATECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“NeuroVista”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit neurovista.mediavulyk.com or contact us. It’s short because we collect very little.
1. Who we are
NEUROVISTATECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN {{CIN}}), with its registered office at {{REGISTERED_ADDRESS}}. We are the controller under the EU and UK GDPR, and the data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at {{PRIVACY_EMAIL}}.
2. What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, work email, company, the services you’re interested in, budget range, timeline and your message. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information this way — we’re happy to sign an NDA first.
Technical data. Like any website, our server records basic data about each request in its logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. We use it only to run the website and keep it secure, including limiting how often the contact form can be sent from one address. Logs are deleted after 14 days.
3. Cookies and tracking
We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and we don’t embed social media plugins. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so your visit isn’t shared with third-party content providers. That’s why you won’t see a cookie banner on this site. If this ever changes, we’ll update this policy first.
4. Why we use your data, and our legal bases
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and in our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the website secure and protect it from abuse — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal obligations — for example, tax and accounting records if we work together (Article 6(1)(c)).
Under the DPDP Act, we process the information you voluntarily provide for the purpose you provided it for. You can tell us at any time that you no longer want us to use it.
We don’t sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, under contracts that require them to protect your data:
- {{HOSTING_PROVIDER}} — website hosting ({{HOSTING_LOCATION}})
- {{EMAIL_PROVIDER}} — email delivery and mailboxes
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Our team is distributed across several countries, and our providers may process data outside your country. When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Inquiries and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact. If we start working together, we keep what the contract and record-keeping laws require.
- Server logs: 14 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you access to your personal data and information about how we use it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- give you your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
If you’re in India, you also have the right to grievance redressal and to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, email {{PRIVACY_EMAIL}}. We reply within 30 days. If you’re in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Grievance Officer
For questions or complaints about how we handle personal data, contact our Grievance Officer: {{GRIEVANCE_OFFICER}}, {{PRIVACY_EMAIL}}. If we don’t resolve your complaint, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and providers with recognized security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly on any incident and notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
11. Children
This website is for businesses and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on this page.
